Are you passionate about developing and leading projects that create value for the water sector?

We are looking for an Innovation & Funding Program Manager with experience from the water industry to help identify, develop, fund, and manage collaborative projects across the sector.

The ideal candidate combines experience in project development, funding applications, and a solid understanding of the water industry. However, we are also interested in candidates who bring a strong profile within either funding and project management or technical expertise from the water sector.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your background, your responsibilities may include:

Identifying and developing new projects and partnerships within the water sector
Mapping and securing relevant funding opportunities from national and international programmes
Preparing and coordinating funding applications, including EU-funded projects
Managing innovation, development, and demonstration projects
Building and maintaining collaborations with utilities, technology providers, universities, research institutions, and industry stakeholders
Supporting the development of new initiatives that strengthen innovation and growth within the water sector

We Are Looking for Someone with Experience from the Water Sector and Competencies in One or More of the Following Areas Funding and Project Development

Experience with grant applications, public funding programmes, or EU-funded projects
Project management and coordination of multi-stakeholder projects
Development of partnerships and project consortia
Business development and strategic project creation

Water Industry Expertise

Experience from a utility, engineering consultancy, technology provider, research institution, or other organisation within the water sector
Knowledge of drinking water, wastewater, water treatment, resource recovery, or related disciplines
Experience with innovation, demonstration, or development projects within the water industry
