Qualifications/Experience required:

Engineer Master degree.

Minimum experience of 5-10 years in similar positions in engineering and/or industrial construction companies, valued in water sector.

Functions and responsibilities:

The selected person would join IWAC team in the BD and Proposal Area area reporting to the BD Director, to carry out the following tasks/functions, among others:

Coordination and management of the proposals from BD stage to the signature of contracts and transfer to execution team.
Revision of the administrative, commercial, contractual and technical documents included in the Request for Proposal.
Define the strategy for the submission of a winning bid.
Revision of direct and indirect costs of the Project, follow up, definition of goals and closing.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
Lead the meetings with clients and relevant partners, including technical and commercial discussions.
Ensure the final submission of the proposal to client on time and manner.
